The 5 W's

Who we are:

• La Leche League is a worldwide, non-profit organization that offers information, education, and support for breastfeeding.

• LLL's goal is to support breastfeeding as a key part of a mother and baby's healthy development.

• La Leche League was started in 1956 by seven women who wanted to give breastfeeding help and support to others.

What we do:

• LLL is a place where one can get breastfeeding support (and more).

• Various topics are sprinkled throughout to share kernels of knowledge by our educated leaders.

• LLL meetings are all about mother-to-mother/parent-to-parent support, sharing experiences, and getting support.

Where we are:

• This group is formally out of Prior Lake, MN, though it services all of MN and the Dakotas.

• However, anyone anywhere can join this group and have access to our leaders, no matter where you are in the world!

When we meet:

• Our group meets every 3rd Monday via Zoom at 7 pm CST.

• In the summer, we try to do monthly in-person meetups.

• We are always able to meet more regularly when/if needed!

Why LLL?

• You can treat LLL meetings like a buffet –  take what works for you and leave the rest behind. Come and go as needed, stay as long as you're able, and know your support doesn't end once this Zoom link does.
